At Roohani Candle Co., every product — from our hand-poured candles to room sprays, car fresheners, and reed diffusers — is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Slight variations in color or appearance are normal and part of what makes each Roohani product unique.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@roohanicandlesco.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and arrange a replacement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receiving a return label.

Used candles, partially used room sprays, car fresheners, reed diffusers, and refill inserts are not eligible for return or exchange.
